I would give this a 5* rating, but they tend to shorten up after washing and drying on low. I am 6'1 185 and pretty lean. My arms are a little long and my torso is average. My experience with Carhartt base layers is that they shorten up around the waist. The sleeve length was ok. I have a few of these base layer shirts and they all did this. I have a bunch of regular t-shirts from Carhartt and they don't have this problem.
But really liked these base layers otherwise. They are great for layering under flannels or hoodies in the colder months. So I bought a large tall and it fits better after washing and drying. That has solved my fitting issues.

I love these thermals. Very comfortable and breathable. I work outside and wear them all winter long. I'm normally a large but these tend to shrink in the wash. I recommend going a size up when ordering.
