I'm 6'10", 380lbs, 39" sleeves. A 4xlt, long sleeve t shirt in this is almost too big. It isn't Carhartt's fault. This is due to my experience of everything being too small. The sleeve cuffs are past the wrist and the hem is near mid thigh (brand new about of the package). After one wash... perfect fit.
