Velcro comes apart very easily so if you leave it on all day it's great. If you are putting it on and taking it off several times throughout the day the velcro tends to get pulled apart. It can easily be readjusted, but it becomes pretty annoying.

When I first started working oil and gas, FR clothing was a must. This vest is very durable wash after wash. It may seem a little bit pricey but in the long run you will be happy.

I have to wear HIGH VISIBILITY vests in my line of work every day! I just replaced my Carhartt FR Vest after two and a half years of wear. It had been washed many, many times and finally it just wasn't bright enough for my safety. I purchased four more FR High Visibility vests so I can always be seen by traffic. They wear like IRON....first thing on.....last thing off! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this FR vest if this is what you need to keep you safe. Trust me, I've worn all the others, and the Carhartt lasts!
