Carhartt's flame-resistant all-season bomber jacket is designed to last.

  • 8.5-ounce FR canvas: 88% cotton/12% high-tenacity nylon
  • 6-ounce twill face cloth lining
  • Two lower front pockets
  • Two inside patch pockets with FR hook-and-loop closure
  • Nomex® rib knit cuffs and waistband
  • Brass front zipper with Nomex® FR tape
  • Inside and outside protective flaps with hook-and-loop closure for electric-arc protection
  • Carhartt FR label sewn on front pocket; CAT 2 label sewn on zipper flap
  • Back length: Large Regular: 29 inches; Large Tall: 31 inches
  • Meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E standards

Was suitable for my needs

I needed a lightweight FR jacket to go over either light or heavy weight clothing, and this jacket works well for that. It is very roomy and the stretch part blocks the wind from coming inside the jacket. The fabric is dense, which also blocks wind well but as it is an all season jacket, don't expect it to be warm enough on its own for very cold weathet. Also, the fabric is pretty stiff but it keeps it's shape well and washes well. Pretty expensive too but I would not say too expensive for a FR product.

Awesome comfort at an awesome price!

As a contractor for an independant oil and gas company, I've looked around for quite a while for a comfortable FRC jacket. Once my jacket arrived, I washed it and had my patches installed. I wear it every day and I receive quite a few positive comments on it as well. It is very comfortable and it looks great. Great Coat

Bought this coat for my dad for his work. He loves the coat and it fits him really well. It was hard to find a coat for such a tall, bigger guy and this one works great.
