Stiching Torn Apart 2 1/2 months of use

Hi! I purchased CMW6221 Carhartt Boots on 9/23 from dungarees.I have not owned them very long.Had a serious issue today with one boot. The stitching is came right out by the cushion on the top. I love Carhartt products and own a ton of them. First time ever owning the boots.I am not a construction worker that abuses them. I bought them for everyday walking where I live. Truly upset
