These boots are my every day work and casual boots. They look and feel great, and the order I just received was my fourth pair. I purchased these boots for my husband. I answered a few questions to guarantee I’ll be purchasing the right size. My husband is normally a size 9 which is what the website gave me after I answered a few questions. so I ordered a 9 only to find out they were too small. Wish I would’ve seen they don’t do exchanges so now I have to return them and repurchase in the right size.
