Well built boots

Most Carharatt clothing that I buy runs a little big, when I bought these boots I ordered them a size smaller than normal since the other reviews I read said the boots run a little big. These boots do not run any bigger than any other brand of boots so I had to send them back for a bigger pair. Customer service was great!! I printed off a return form and shipping label, mailed my boots off the next day and had a bigger pair 1 week later. I will be buying all my boots from this site from now on.
