Trash shoe, this is my first carhartt shoe I've purchased and it's hotdog water

Let me first start by saying the shoe as a whole isn't bad, the wear is comfortable, they have a nice amount of flex and provide good toe coverage with the composite. However who ever designed the heel and ankle area of the shoe has never worn a pair of shoes in their life. I've had them on at work now for about 10 minutes and my heels have been rubbed RAW. THEY'RE DIGGING INTO THE BACK OF MY GAWDDA** SHI* MY MOTHAFU*** HEELS ARE GONNA BE EXPOSED DOWN TO THE BONE!!
