This is really cute but runs a bit small so size up. My baby is 4 months old and I got the 6 month size hoping to wear it for a while but it may not be very long. It's 100% cotton which is great. The bottom area isn't cut up high like other onesies which is nice too, provides better coverage

Love it. Shirt was for photos for Father's Day. Grandpa, dad, and grandson all in there Carthartt shirt. True to size. I expect it to be the same as the larger shirts. Alway buy Charhartt shirts last for ever. Now I will buy for my Grandson.
