I really enjoyed this shirt. I wear this as a leisure shirt in the 120 degree heat and it does not feel hot and wicks aways the sweat fast. The shirt is fitted/stretchy and grips to your skin so if you do not like that look, I would recommend you size up. I am 170lbs, 5'4, athletic build, ordered a medium but will be ordering large next time as I like my shirts loose.
