These were the best darn all around pants you offered. Wore these everyday for the last 8 years and were more dressy than any other. As an indoor office worker I am so disappointed to see these are gone. Please bring back.

I am a Field Service Engineer working on high tech systems. I have worn the B299's for 15 years and continue wearing the few I have left. I take them in and have them cleaned and pressed light starch for a crisp professional look. I began buying the B299 on suggestion when you discontinued the Hamilton, another super pant. I wear out the knees and am down to my last few pair. The replacement pant I bought I have not and will not wear as they are not the same cut nor material. Please, please, please bring back the B299's. And while you are at it bring back the Hamilton!

I have had two pairs of these for almost 4 years now and love them. They have worn well and are always my go to pant whether its working in the yard or going out to dinner. They are the perfect cut and material. Please bring them back or at least let me put an order in for like ten more pairs so I'm stocked up for the next 8-10 years. It is basically all I wear. You had a very good product going. Please listen to your customer base on this one.

I have faithfully worn only Carhartt B299 pants for years. My work is that of a physician. I do not need a hammer loop or a chisel pocket, only durable professional-appearing pants which will not blow out on me if I need to load something in my pickup. Goodbye Carhartt. I will now look elsewhere for work and outdoor clothing.

Best Carhartt pants ever for everyday wear! I have worn the B299 for years and was looking for some new ones, only to find out they had been discontinued! I purchased the work khakis in place of the canvas pants and they just are not the same. The fabric is heavier seems to stretch more as the day goes on and not as breathable. Not sure why Carhartt discontinued the B299 without a replacement but I sure wish they would bring them back. In fact I'm wearing the last pair I could find as I review them! Only reason for 4 stars on quality is the leg seams twist on some of them. No other complaints......except that I cannot find anymore.

These are perfect for mixed office and field work. I love the “sits just below the waist” fit. Yes, the tech pocket will hold my “plus” size iPhone...it does have a thin case though. Not as durable as some of the heavier canvas weights.

These have been my favorite (I'm 59) and my son's favorite (he's 22) work pants for years. Why would a style that is apparently a favorite of so many people be discontinued? None of your other styles are as comfortable--I've tried them all trying to replace the B299s. Please start making these again!
