Plenty of room, very sturdy. No easy to slip in pockets on the side but zippered pockets are more secure anyway. Teenaged son uses for high school and very satisfied.

Carhartt over Swiss Gear!

I previously had a Swiss Gear bag that I was unhappy with from the moment I bought it. For my next bag, I took some time in search of something with great reviews and this Carhartt bag is it. This bag is extremely durable, has LOTS of space and is a nice looking bag. I have to carry a lot of things for work and I couldn't be more pleased with the pockets and space in each part of the bag. The shoulder straps are comfortable as well. No rips, tears or anything. I'm hoping this bag lasts me a while. Will definitely buy again.

I have had this backpack for 4 years and 10 months and it is close to new condition except for a small amount of wear on the very bottom where there is an extra layer protecting the bottom of the bag. It is completely intact and I've used it daily for my office job, hiking and packing lots of luggage!

Bought this several months ago and it's definitely worth the money. $120.00 is a bit pricey for a backpack but if it lives up to the Carhartt standards, then it won't disappoint. So far everything is spot on. Seems very durable with ample compartments. As with anything we always think we could do better but this is pretty damn good. Definitely recommend.

Great backpack! Too big for school but perfect for traveling!
