These gloves are great when doing any work around the house. Also they make great shooting gloves, especally for shotgun sports such as skeet shooting, 5 stand, and sporting clays. Plus a good pair of fall hunting gloves too.

Was given a pair for Xmas. Expected better from Carhartt Brand. Using them in the stables. 1 month into use and the right thumb seam split along the entire length 2 months into use right forefinger worn through Very disappointed

Best gloves for what I do! I like the way the gloves fit my hand and the fingers stop where my fingers end. I had 2 pairs before and got 4 more, just now. I work in corrections and one pair lasts me about one year. Both pairs used before the leather gave out first. For a mechanic ,they won’t last a year ,but they feel like a latex glove ,almost, on your hand.

These are by far one of the best work gloves I've had in a long time. My current pair are just now starting to show wear and tear (I've had then for over 4 years). Working in hardware is a physical occupation, there is no shortage of places to get cut or punctured. These gloves have saved my hands countless times from wether it be propane burns to turning my hands into Swiss cheese from steel cabling.

Great DIY/Handyman Gloves

I use these all the time for Woodworking/Carpentry projects, Home Improvement, Yard Work (including Tree Trimming), and DIY Auto Maintenance. I don't have a sense that these are designed to last forever as trade/specialty gloves, but guys like me (laymen with some inkling of the difference between a claw hammer and a crescent wrench) might get some good mileage out of these.
