Trifold Wallet

I purchased this wallet approximately 7-9 months ago and found that the leather wore exceptionally well but the interior of the wallet completely disintegrated. Ironically when looking to replace the wallet from Carhartt (which I still would like to believe provides goods quality products) I saw the same responses and comments about the wallet from previous customers. The interior of card holders expanded as to allow the credit cards to easily fall out of wallet and the center plastic completely separated from the wallet stitching.

Let me start by saying that Carhartt is my go to place. This billfold was my first disappointment. Looks awesome....fits in my pocket awesome...the outside is showing no significant wear (just the normal broken in look), but the inside is a mess. Plastic center pocket ripped and was also too big to retain anything securely. Credit card slots expanded so badly that they won't hold cards in the billfold. I had to retire this after 6+- months of use.

Not What I'd Expect

I bought this wallet about 6 or 7 months ago thinking that it's "Carhartt", how can you go wrong? Well, I guess I was wrong. It's appearance since buying it has been disappointing to say the least and as for the window in the middle of the wallet, well; let's just say that anything that goes in that pocket is taking on a risk of being lost, which includes I.D. cards or a driver's license. This item needs a serious analysis by Carhartt. It is not what I'd expect and I would not buy this again.

I bought this wallet for my husband for Christmas. He loves it!! The leather is soft and it is not to bulky in his jeans. Plus he says it looks nice with the black trim.
