My wife and I are cyclists, and go on biking adventures every other weekend. Due to my construction job I have bad shoulders, and have trouble with a regular backpack. The Mono Sling solved the problem tremendiously!! Easy to put on and I dont have to take it off in order to access it. It slides to the front to open the deep pockets, which is plenty of room for my maintaince supplies.Small zipper on back holds keys and phone if wanted. Plus my fashionista wife says it looks good!! I would reccomend this product. Plus if your on the Carhartt site you know it's duribility, and quality made.

I hate trying to cram all my on-slope ski necessities into my jacket and pants pockets, so I've been using a small backpack for several years. Two problems with backpacks: you have to take them off to get to your stuff, and you typically will want to take them off while riding the chair lift (some resorts demand it). I was tired of doing both and thought a sling-style bag might solve the issue. I tried 7 different sling bags until I settled on the Carhartt. It's the right shape and size, and the strap configuration helps keep it snug to the body. I wear it on my back with the strap cross-body (obviously), and whenever I need something out of it or am jumping on the chair lift, I simply swivel it around to my chest. It literally takes 1 second. Fantastic. I wouldn't mind seeing the addition of waterproof zippers, but that's about the only improvement I can suggest. Great ski bag that I can also use for summer activities.
