Carhartt 106006 - Super Dux™ Relaxed Fit Insulated Jacket

The highest quality Carhartt jacket I have received. It's really well made, comfortable, looks good, and stays warm. The jacket is also relatively form fitting despite the warmth rating.

Good coat and it is very warm for walking in the early AM. I normally take a large but I found it a bit small so I got an extra large and it was a bit too big but works well with a heavy sweater or sweatshirt under it! Arms are a bit too long for me as well! If I had it to do again I would have stayed with the large! I'm 6 foot tall and weigh about 190 for a size reference! Have yet to test it in the rain, but that will come Saturday here in Vancouver, WA!

I'm a 6' 195lb male. I ordered a large size and it fits my shoulders and sleeves perfectly. But I do wish it was an inch or 2 longer. Other than that, it's comfortable out of the box and I LoVE that it has sleeve cuffs in the sleeves. This helps especially when I am working in the freezer at my job. The design of the hood is important to me as well, being taller, it's hard for me to find coats with hoods that form fit my head without pulling the coat up from my waist.. But this coat's hood is designed perfect and is detachable for those who do not like a hood.

Just got this jacket and it seems great. Haven't had the chance to really put it through the cold weather but threw it on to walk the dogs while the temperature was in the high 40's and it was a little to warm. I recently lost a lot of weight so I had to get a new coat for the winter as everything I own doesn't fit anymore. I caught this on sale for the discontinued color which I love. The coat is very comfortable and easy to move in. It is a little shorter than I would prefer but other that that it seems like a great coat. The hood is detachable so that is a huge plus to me. Coat runs big as does everything I have ever gotten from Carhartt. Just buy your normal Carhartt size or one size down from other clothing brands and you should be fine.

I really like this jacket. It works well with regular base layers and with a hoodie. It's flexible enough to swing a axe without it pinching or feeling stiff. Water resistance and wind resistance are as advertised. Also, I like that hood is detachable.

This jacket is incredible. The technology and engineering behind the Full Swing features are amazing and I could not be happier. I'll never have to worry about my sleeves riding up ever again!
