Soft but strong material, very comfortable waist band with inner drawstring so no need for a belt. Leg openings give room to move, squat, etc but don't look baggy. Cell phone pocket is on the side seam so doesn't overlap either front or rear pockets, and you don't end up sitting on your phone! Good design!
