Good coat but needs to be warmer

It is comfortable, fits well and water resistant. My only issue is it needs to be warmer. Have used this for two seasons in Canada and I need 2 hoodies with this or a hoodie and my carhartt vest to go outside in the cold.

Good but a little chilly

The jacket is comfortable and lightweight. However, I am taking off a star for the warmth rating. I have to wear a layer and a thermal underneath to stay warm in barely sub-zero temperatures. That shouldn't be a Level 4 rating.
