The hoodie is great and is a better value than the cost infers. There are other hoodies out there that are flashier or and more vogue name brand but none are better than the Carhartt.

This is the first Carhartt article of clothing that I have bought for myself but it won't be the last. The sweatshirt is extremely well made and fits perfectly. I am a pretty big guy but the XL is exactly right on me. We have had a cold snap here in Atlanta and I have layered the sweatshirt with various shirts and fleeces underneath and it has accommodated them easily. I have not worn it in heavy rain but in light rain, it just sheds the rain. I couldn't be happier with this item!
