Really impressed with this Jacket so far. I live in the Pacific NorthWest and a heavy equipment operator for a logging company. I have thousands invested in Carhartt gear and this jacket is the best thing I own from them. Living in a rainforest, you need some good gear to stay dry. And you also need it ti be durable as well and as for now this Jacket is going strong. Unsure how long it will last but as for now it is sweet. Has kept my core dry during downpours and so sweating. Now lets get y??all to make pants just as good and I??ll buy 5 pairs!

Long time Carhartt customer, but I was looking for a light jacket for layering and for hotter weather up here in Washington. When I got a email about this Carhartt Gore-Tex jacket and I had a coupon for 50 dollars off so I thought I??d try it.
I think this is my new Favorite rain coat and jacket I now have! I use it all the time! for work and free time. The material is 100 percent waterproof and breathable for hail, very rain, and light rain! Also keeps you warm from that killer wind ! The only thing I would change even the slightest is the roll away hood, I??d make it at least a little easier to stow. 9.5 out of 10 I??d recommend this jacket to anyone! Great for laying or just by it??s self! I love it!
