Fits large. I chose a smaller size than the website recommended and it was a very smart choice. Some loose threads when the jacket arrived, but they seem to be the thread tails and not actual flaws. Otherwise, great jacket!

The jacket was purchased for an Artic Adventure that I will be taking in a few months. Since, I haven't gone yet, I can't address how well it did. But I can say that it seems extremely thick and warm. It is perfect for my regular winters. I wanted to be able to use it after the trip. This will definitely do the job in my regular living environment. I have other Carhartt items. I have a lot of trust in this product.
