The staff at the Detroit store were very helpful and friendly. They were the most accommodating to make sure that I was happy with their product. Unfortunately the jacket I wanted was no longer available at the store, however they did arrange that I would receive one from the warehouse by mail. Easy peasy the jacket arrived a week later, now we will see if it last as long as my last one.

I really like my new Full Swing Ripstop jacket. It is so comfortable and very warm. I like that the hood can be removed. I expect to be using this jacket for many years based on how it appears to be made. I was so lucky to have had this jacket in my wishlist and it came on sale for $60 off. I got the email showing sale items and ordered it right away.
