I really like this hoodie, I dont have to layer up as much as I thought I would. I have worn this hoodie with just a t-shirt underneath and it keeps me nice and warm. The hood is larger than normal which is nice if I'm wearing a beanie or ball cap.

Carhartt needs to make more quilt-lined outdoor clothing for women. The sherpa lining, thermal or other fabrics tend to be "catchers" for hay and straw that I regularly handle when caring for my cattle. The quilted lining is slick and doesn't allow the hay to get stuck. I was so happy to find this sweatshirt!

I bought two of these hoodie jackets bc thats a great deal. I bought the charcoal in XS and brownish red in Small. I am 5' 3" and 125 pounds. I usually wear a size 0 to 2 in jeans and size small tops. The XS fits me better in the body as i have a small bust being a 34 A.. i think the length is nice snd i like the ribbed cuffs and waist. The small has slightly longer arms and a larger torso. I suggest buying the small if you prefer to layer alot and get cold easily and the XS if you want a more snug fit but i can still comfortably wear thermals and a long sleeve under it. The quilt lined is nice and i usually let these air dry as i dont want them to shrink. They dry fairly fast in a day.. I can wear them in 15 to 40 degree weather, workinv outside with thernals in colder weather and stay warm. The waterproofing works and is super nice. I loved mine so much i bought my bf one for men in black.

I love the color and it’s so warm! Very comfortable, my only complaint is I feel the arms are a bit short. I got the small and I’m only 5 foot and the arms seem like they would be way too short on anyone much taller. I don’t know maybe I have long arms for being so short.

I bought 2 one for me and one for my mom. We both love them. The fit was as expected and they are surprisingly warm. Idk if I got them on sale or not but the price on this page is by far the cheapest I have found them.
