For comparison to another brand, I wear a medium in Duluth button up shirts and bought a large in this shirt. It's a little big but not enough that I would have bought a medium. The navy blue color is nice and doesn't look black. It's a good looking shirt that is "dressy" enough for when I am in the office but functional and durable in the field component of my job. I did just get it so cannot comment on durability at this point, but the fabric is thick and has a nice texture.

I love the wrinkle-resistant and the quality of the shirts. It's also the best deal. I really wish another color available.
My only downside is the size. Usually size L is small to me, so I chose XL, but a bit large. Wondering size L could fit me, but worried.

The fit is perfect and it washes great. It has a nice weight to the fabric and virtually wrinkle free. Got in both colors but would love a few more colors. The zip pocket is a great feature for a phone or anything you need to keep secure.
