I work in a lab and I need comfortable, professional, flame resistant clothing. So few companies make this type of clothing for women!! These pants are extremely comfortable and warm. I have several pairs and wear them almost every day. If Carhart could make more comfortable flame resistant women's clothing, that would be great, especially tops. I often have to switch between a lab setting and a more business-like setting, so nice blouses, shirts, and jackets (blazers) would be great.

I really love the relaxed fit. They are super comfortable. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star is that the button fastener came off after 5 wears. Keep in mind, I have plenty of room in the waist, so I don't think I had a lot of strain on it. I also wear a belt, which still allows me to wear them despite the missing button.

There is no “flex” in this material. I bought a pair off amazon with the same product number and tag info that did have flex so I’m not sure what is going on with carhartt FR women’s pants products. There seems to be no consistency. I order something I like then order several to stock up for work and they are sadly not comfortable and not good for work because they have no flex like the first pair I received did.

Finding a good fitting work pant is nearly impossible for me. I have tried many brands, always with some issue of comfort or functionality. This pant is so perfect. I ordered 11 pair! They aren't too heavy, or too tight. The waist is sized appropriately to the hips. The side pockets are perfect...one for my screwdriver and channel locks, and one for my phone.
