I got a 2xlT its too short. I'm 6'7 and have a closet full of Carhartt because they last and fit, not these. This shirt is about as tough as 2 ply, you can see through it without holding it up to the light. The sleeves are too short, the cuffs feel stretched out already, the neck is baggy, the torso is too short. Temperature wise I can wear it comfortably in 70 degree weather, if that tells you anything. The fabric is snaggy, and stinks of off shore fresh off the dock.

Very comfortable and looks great. The only downfall is that these snag very easily so I would not rate the durability factor as high as everything else. Otherwise it is an excellent product!

I purchased to use at work, and it hasn't gotten cold enough around Chicago yet. But from my experience with Carhartt products, they'll do just fine to wear under a uniform. And last a long time too.
