Carhartt 102340 - Women's Clarksburg Zip Front Hooded Sweatshirt

I bought a small even though based on the measurement recommendation I probably should've gotten a medium. I'm very happy with the small, it fits perfectly, love the color and the quality of the material.

I ordered a large hoodie even though I could fit into a medium. It's large everywhere but in the wrists - which is annoying because every time I have to wash my hands - I can't pull the sleeves up high enough to keep them dry. I have thin arms & this is not a problem I would expect to experience with a Carhartt product. Maybe it was a defect.

Runs really big. I'm 5'11, 135 lbs and got a sm, very roomy. I still kept it, seems like a warm hoodie. Not the same material as my old carhartt hoodie, the one I love and was trying to find a replacement for

This came in as a Woman's Large and it did not fit my 100 lb daughter. Terrible right befor Xmas.

I have the camo/pink Clarksburg hoodie, and the black heather one, and I just ordered a coastal blue heather and another black heather. I love these hoodies! I'm just happy to have these in my size and at a decent price because I can find neither in my area. I find that the color stays true even if I wash them 4-6 times per month. The only place the color seems to really fade is the elbows, but maybe I lean on my elbows too much. I wear these at work, around the house, and out and about. They keep me decently warm in temperatures above 40 degrees Fahrenheit and give me some protection but not as warm as a coat in freezing temperatures (I've been running around in -2 F to 20 F and in snow with just this hoodie all week however). I use the hood a lot to keep the snow off and keep the wind from blowing at my neck. When the hoodie first arrives it's very soft, but after the first wash it isn't soft on the inside anymore and you start getting little fuzzballs in the arms which are scratchy. After you wash it 4-5 times however it stops being scratchy and softens some again. My only real complaint is that when it's zipped up all the way I like to pull it up over my mouth to keep my mouth warm in the wind and cold weather. It's not soft in that area like other coats or zip up hoodies I've owned are so it's irritating to my lips. I wish they would find a way to make it softer or maybe add a flap on the inside to cover the zipper there. Pros: - Moderately warm - Color lasts a long time without fading - Fits nicely - Never seems to fall apart or rip and zipper never breaks even after wearing every day for 7+ months. Cons: - Softness wears off after first wash. - Scratchy at the top of zipper area if you want to pull up over your face.

Love this jacket it's heavy enough for spring and fall weather but still light. plus the inside is fabric in the body and down the sleeves not that slick stuff

This is the second hoodie I've bought from Carhartt. The first hoodie is still in great condition and I wear it often; almost every day. It's been laundered over 50 times and looks great still. I would highly recommend this hoodie.

Excellent quality, great fit, fabulous zipper! Runs true to size and has nice length to keep mid section warm. Best sweatshirt I've owned!

Nice looking and fitting work jacket. I thought it would be a little thicker or maybe an insolated liner added would make this warmer. It is warm only since I work outdoors, a warmer or thicker layer would have helped. I would recommend this jacket.
