Great pants

I've been wearing Carhartt pants exclusively since I retired 12 years ago. Lots of different styles, but I happened to buy this style recently and they are now my favorites. I really like the fabric and the fact that there is no hammer loop - I feel like I've elevated by wardrobe but am still wearing 'work' pants. After my initial order of 2 pairs, I order 4 more pairs in different colors.

Great all-around long pants

Good comfortable fit - Could use another side pocket

These pants have a good weight, comfort and fit. The slightly stretchy fabric is a true bonus. The one thing I would prefer is that the side pocket be repeated on the left side. I would love to carry a mobile phone AND a wallet in the side pockets. Someone might also prefer a phone to be in the left pocket as opposed to the right. Having another pocket choice would increase the versatility and functionality of the pants, (values that I would think Carhartt would strive for). The space exists for this so I'm not sure why it was not utilized. Add in the one additional pocket and I give these pants 5 stars.
