I'm 6'0", roughly 260 lbs, and initially ordered the 2XL. While it fit my belly, everything else was way too long, so I swapped it out for the XL. That fits close to perfectly, except it's a bit long in the legs and somewhat tight around my belly, but that's on me. The only legitimate complaint I have is that if you close the top snap on the collar then try to squat, you end up choking yourself. I can't really rate it on durability just yet, but quality and comfort are ok.

Thick but not cumbersome, roomy without being saggy (mostly,) long exit zippers slide easily, on/off easy, shoulder is a bit tight/tricky, but ample pockets and loops and access to inside pockets too. I got the "short" size and at 5'6" they drag on the ground still.

I’m 210 Lbs and 6’1”. The large tall fits perfectly with just enough extra room that keeps it from binding up. It is a nice weight material and pockets right where you would expect them. Two thumbs up, one for Carhartt and one for Dungaree’s!

These are well made, durable comfortable overalls. High quality. Good value, arrived quickly. Only suggestion I have would be to increase the size of the chest pocket so my Samsung phone would fit inside one of the chest pockets with the flap to hold it in.

Our guy is happy with his coveralls. I cannot speak to long term all day wear because he only wears them 1-2 days a week for 4-8 hours at a time. Half of that time is spent sandblasting and the other half doing thermal spray. The thermal spray can be heck on clothing and these are holding up just fine.
