A Little Tight For A "Relaxed" Fit

I have two of these in different colors. The materials and workmanship are worthy of the Carhartt name. The weave on the material is sturdy and the stitching is superb. My only major complaint is in regard to the sizing. The shirt is a little tight on me considering it is a large (size) and supposed to be a "relaxed" fit. FYI-I am 6'-1" and weigh 200 lbs. One minor complaint too: The hems on the sleeves, button plackets and tails curl up in the wash. They need to be ironed or they just don't look right.
