Rugged, Comfortable AND not Ugly!

From:  Age: 55-64 Gender: Female
I use these pants for volunteer work on a Federal Wildlife refuge in the Scablands of Eastern Washington. The thick fabric performs very well against the scrub plants, bugs and fine dirt. The waistband means comfort but keeps the pants up at the same time. Brilliant design, well done! Trying to order another pair and they are out of stock in both colors. I hope this line will continue - I will probably order more than 1 pair.

Best pants on the planet.

From: Cleveland, OH Age: 18-19 Gender: Female
Super comfortable, versatile style wise, easy to wash, make you look slim. Fantastic. Just wish they had more colors. (green, navy, etc. )

Good pants with room for improvement

From:  Age: 25-34 Gender: Female
These are pretty good pants, but would be much better with a reinforced knee. I work a lot with soils and rocks and the knees on these don't seem to be holding up well to the abrasion (fabric thinned way out after 2 hours of kneeling by a soil pit). Dirt stains washed out pretty well. Would love to see this in a brown and/or dark brown.

Too Short!

From: Stowe, VT Age: 55-64 Gender: Female
I really like these pants, everything about them, except the length. Too darned short! I am about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, size 14. When I am standing they are okay, but when I sit they become knickers. Sure wish they came in long. I won't get another pair until they do.

Comfortable, but not durable

From: Thunder Bay, MN Age: 20-24 Gender: Female
I worked in the bush all summer doing forest related surveys and these pants were incredibly comfortable on the long hot days. Unfortunately the seams ripped on me while doing the simplest task, after only about 4 monthss into wearing them. The pants fit me perfectly, and were even a bit big in the area they ripped in.

More colors, please!

From:  Age: 25-34 Gender: Female
As soon as I put them on I was in love. I'm 5'5" and about 140lbs. Both the size 6 and the size 8 fit me well as far as waist and hips go. The pants are a bit long for me, but I'm not very tall and roll up or hem most of my pants. Not a big deal to me. The elastic in the waist is really comfortable and keeps my pants up even when I'm bent over, which is wonderful. I just got these recently, so I can't speak much to their durability (though I suspect they'll do well). The only con I can see is that these don't come in more colors. If these came in brown I would definitely buy another pair.

Great Pants!

From:  Age: 25-34 Gender: Female
These are really nice and the waist is EXTREMELY comfortable. My only complaint is that they have stove pipe legs (like most carhartts) and I really hate all the extra fabric. If these came in a slim fit and/or skinny leg I would never buy anything else and would exclusively wear these.

Need more range of colours and longer leg length. Disappointed as stains do not lift well. Do love the fit and comfort

love the color

From:  Age: 55-64 Gender: Female
These were a great color charcoal grey or dark blue grey and are good casual and travel pants (the pockets on the side are very convenient). But the pant shrunk slightly in the wash, so the pockets pull a bit now.

Back to Order Another Pair

From:  Age: 45-54 Gender: Female
I bought my first pair of Lakota work pants last spring. Grey, size 4 for 5' 5" and 130 lb. I was looking for a pant to wear out in the woods where I spend much time removing invasives and clearing ski trails in the off seasons. Lots of bending, squatting, climbing and reaching. The flex waistband is much appreciated for this reason. It is not so flexible that shirts come untucked, but just enough give to allow free range of motion. In summer heat and humidity, this is the thinnest pant that I can get away with wearing and still avoid getting caught or scratched by prickly brambles and bushes. The reviewer who wanted a skinny leg fit, should consider that tight fitting legs lead to many more scratches on your skin....not to mention that mosquitoes can bight right through tightly stretched cloth. These work pants are perfect for their intended purpose. They also fit an hourglass type, curvy figure pretty well. Side pocket on R thigh fits medium cell phone or small clippers.
