DETAILS

  • 13-ounce FR duck, 100% cotton
  • 11.5-ounce FR quilt lining; FR Modacrylic batting quilted to twill face cloth
  • 100% flame resistant modacrylic resin insulation
  • Two inside patch pockets with FR hook-and-loop closure for convenient storage
  • Nomex® inside waist drawcord for adjustment
  • Nomex® rib-knit storm cuff to seal out cold air
  • Two-way brass front zipper with Nomex® zipper tape
  • Inside and outside protective flaps with hook-and-loop closure for electric arc protection
  • Under collar snaps for optional FR hood (Style# FRA265)
  • Carhartt FR and NFPA 2112/CAT 4 labels sewn on left-chest pocket
  • Back length: Large Regular: 31.5 inches; Large Tall: 33.5 inches
  • Meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E standards and is UL® Classified to NFPA 2112

Really solid jacket but I can’t help but note that the zipper and everything is really solidly built but then they put these chintzy Velcro patches on in place of metal snap buttons (as is shown) kind of disappointing design decision and they need to update the model photo to reflect this.
