The jacket is kind of stiff like all the Carhartt jackets, but it will get softer as I wear it more. The zipper is a little hard to zip, but other then that, everything feels and looks great!! I am glad I bought it and the service that Dungarees.com provides is wonderful. And don't forget the free bandana!!
