Poor fit runs small, plus round trip shipping charges on returns !

I recently bought three pairs of Carhartt pants size 36. They fit just great. These shorts however are very tight. I can't wear them and now Its going to cost me shipping to return them and shipping after the exchange. The shipping charges well be half the cost of the shorts ! I'm not a happy camper,

These shorts are great.
