Best Working Shorts Ever

Heavy canvass, plentiful pockets and loops in the right places, excellent quality, and good length all combine to make the perfect short for gardening, farming, and other physical working conditions. Too bad Carhartt is not currently producing this short. Styles currently available do not compare. Advice: Never relax your quality standards, these were your best ever.

Best shorts I've ever owned!

Again, I say these are the best shorts I've ever owned--for work (I'm a floral buyer and fine art painter) and for play. Rumor has it they are no longer being made. I tried the other similar shorts offered--awful! Too short, tacky, uncomfortable--I am returning both pairs I ordered. I like the longer, straight leg--I would buy several pairs and wish for other colors including white and black. But alas they are not available. Hoping and wishing Carhartt rethinks this move! Can you tell I'm disappointed?!

I loved these shorts the moment I received them. They have a great generous fit, are super comfortable and have plenty of pockets. I couldn't be happier. I just wish they came in more colors.

I ordered a pair of Carhartt work pants off of Sierra Trading Post and compared them to these "work" shorts on the Carhartt website. I have been wearing the work pants for about two weeks and have noticed no wear in the inner thighs. I wore the work shorts two days and am already noticing that "soft" wearing on the back of the inner thighs. The shorts and pants are both very, very comfortable and fit well. The length is nice and the proportions are correct. I am hoping for more durability in the women's work shorts, similar to the work pants. Our thighs rub together when we walk and work. I would be more likely to buy this product again if it is made more durable in that area. A tough woman needs tough pants and shorts!
