Very comfortable boot. Definitely waterproof which surprises me considering that it has laces. EE was wide enough for my wide tall foot. Had to return a size 8 that been given to me a gift because I needed an 8 1/2 but the return process was painless. The shoes are slip resistant, but in below freezing (-20F) weather, they are a little slick on ice. I guess the rubber soles get hard when the temperature drops too far. That’s OK because they weren’t rated for cold slip resistance, and we don’t get that much here in Arizona. After
