Ariat WorkHog® Patriot

I have had these boots for well over 5 years of daily use. I've relied on them for protection and comfort through various types of construction and day to day use, from roofing to wet and sloppy masonry work, heavy equipment operation and even just mowing the lawn. I've only needed to replace the insoles because they are never designed to last this long, but the rest of the boot's construction is outstanding. They are not waterproof, but still surprisingly water resistant. I rarely wind up with wet feet on rainy or snowy days, even with the amount of wear and cracks in soles. The shafts are lightly padded and feel a bit stiffer than a typical leather boot. Wear in took around a week of daily use. I always have trusted Ariat for my work boots and more, this is a testament as to why with an honest review from a proud customer.

They are not waterproof, but are very good at protecting your feet from water anyways. I'm never afraid of stepping in puddles and romping around on rainy days, and I wear wool year round to help with sweaty and wet feet anyways. The break in period was quick and I found them to feel fitted after a week. The shaft is pretty thick and lightly padded. I always have trusted Ariat for my work boots and more, this is a testament as to why. Just an honest review from a proud customer.

I bought these boots for my son 4-5 years ago and he has gotten every dollars worth out of these boots. We were just looking for him a new pair and they didn't have these in his size but we found him another pair that I hope he loves as good as these and they last as long.

3rd or 4th pair. These boots are great. Wear size 13 Nikes size 12 boots.

Very Durable. I used to wear boots out in 3 months and these last a year. As well as the boots, the jeans will outlast most other brands by a significant length of time.

I undoubtedly wore this boot for 99% of 2 years. Boots are still wearable, comfortable and protective.
