I bought this coat primarily to wear on cold days when out walking my dogs. It is really warm and I love the fit and feel. I am 6' tall and about 160-170 pounds. A size medium fit very nicely. I've worn it multiple times now with temperatures down in the single digits and low teens. I have been wearing a T-shirt with a 1/4 zip fleece shirt and then the coat. That simple combination is incredibly warm. The coat has great pockets. The two hand pockets are lined with a nice soft, warm material. The hood is insulated and very warm as well. The hood has a great fit over a ball cap or beanie cap. Even though I bought is mostly for wearing while walking the dogs, it looks very nice and I find myself wearing it often when running errands on colder days. All in all, I love the coat.

Love this new coat. I am 6 feet tall (162 pounds) and ordered a size medium. The fit is perfect. Purchased it primarily for dog walking in the winter. Today the temperature hovered around 10-12 degrees all day. I wore it on this afternoon's walk (12 degrees). I wore a t-shirt with a fleece pull over and then the coat. I was completely warm. The insulated hood is a great fit over a ball cap and earmuffs. If a hood is too loose, it allows too much cold air around your head. This hood fits just snug enough to prevent that from happening without being too tight or restrictive. Two nice, zippered breast pockets on the front outside and one larger breast pocket on the inside. Inside pocket has a velcro closure. Two hand warming pockets. Each of those closes with single snap at mid height of pocket opening. Quality of coat appears great

Well made, great zipper system, plenty of pockets. Outside multiple days in 5 degree or colder weather and with a couple solid base layers this jacket is the real deal.
