I am a 6'1" guy with an average build. I bought the large-tall pants, and I absolutely love the feel, weight, and all the pockets for carrying flushes, alcohol swabs, report sheet, pens, etc. The pockets are all plenty deep, which is great, and they don't fit too tight around the groin area, which is an issue with some Cherokee scrubs.
