Came exactly as expected and it looks in the pictures, the arms have quilted lining, stitching is solid and this thing is absolutely warm, when I first received it I tried it on indoors where I keep the temps 72° all year, within minutes I was sweating

This is the fourth one I’ve purchased. 100 % satisfied with all of them. Waterproof in light to medium rain. Very warm and comfortable. True to size. Order next size up if wearing in layers.
