Function and fashion ! I own two pairs now! Fits true to size in all respects and the composite toe is both functional and fashionable!

This is my second pair but the first pair are still look al ost new after landscaping and cement work and fence building . I only decided to buy a second pair becuse I realized I like to wear them with business causal wear as well as outside work.

Confortable & Light Weight

From: Kingfield, Maine Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
I've only worn these Work Hikers for a month now and there so comfortable with no break-in time. There so good looking, I'm wearing them as a casual shoe and can be worn in all functions. I wear a size 10 medium and thats what I got, true to it's size. Don't know how they will hold up with water since Carhartt says there waterproof, with some reviews say that these work/hikers will get wet. I don't plan to use them as boots so I'll keep them dry if possible.

sizing issue

From:  Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I live in my Merrell Moabs. I have multiple pairs. I love them, but I thought I'd give the Carhartt hiker a try - support Carhartt and a Carhartt shoe is the only Carhartt item I do not already have and wear. I wear size 11 in the Moab and the size 11 i9n the Carhartt is way too big ... now I 'd know whether to try a 10.5 or even a 10 ... more return hassles ...

Not waterproof

From:  Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
Has been a good shoe during the summer months but since the fall it has greatly failed me. I have had to buy a different pair which is waterproof since I come home with wet feet every night. I love the brand but this boot has disappointed me.

great lightweight shoe

From:  Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
This is a great shoe for those who need to have a work shoe with a steel/composite toe. I am severly flat footed and I am always having issues with shoes. These shoes were great for fit and comfort and since they don't weigh as much as other shoes they are less on your legs too. I would recommended this shoe. Do yourself a favor and buy two pairs so you have the ability the change them daily. They are pretty durable.
