Great Gloves

From: Cedar Falls, IA Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
These gloves are great. They are snug fitting which is nice and remains comfortable. The grip is good for working outside or doing vehicular maintenance work. They seem to hold up well.

Great for weeding!

From: Princeton, NJ Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
I love these gloves for weeding! They are snug, with a great grip and good feel. As opposed to leather gloves, the tips of the fingers and thumbs don't die when wet and abraded. So, although they seem to be flimsey (because of the nylon back), for me they actually last a LOT longer than leather gloves because the finger tips are still going strong after a LOT of serious weeding. In short, they're a great special-purpose glove.

Expected way more in quality from carhartt.

From: Lakewood, WA Age: 35-44 Gender: Female
These gloves wore out in less than 2 weeks. Holes in the grip areas all over the fingers. I work in the garden department of a hardware store (not even construction) and the gloves failed miserably. :/

Did not expect this from carhartt

From:  Age: 25-34 Gender: Male
I got these gloves because I do a lot of ground tile work in the spring, I thought they would be great for grip in wet conditions. They do grip very well, but the nylon does not hold up at all, today was the first job I used them on and they have multiple tears in the nylon where it is just not strong enough, I didn't snag them on anything, they just plain failed! A 2 hour easy job wore these gloves out!

Good, but smaller than expected

From: NJ Age: 55-65 Gender: Male
I'm used to sizing down one level on Carhartt orders -- but don't do that for these gloves.

Good glove, needs improvement.

From: California Age: 45-54 Gender: Female
The grip of this glove is very good. The fabric part tends to tear easily if brushed against a rough surface.
