Fits like a glove!

From:  Age: 35-44 Gender: Male
Well made, literally fits like a glove. Fingertips are not uncomfortable due to stitching like other work gloves

Very disappointed in this product. The seam split and the cuff began to fray. Waste of money.

Not Carhartt Quality Anymore

From: San Diego, CA Age: 35-44 Gender: Male
I have been buying these gloves for the last 6 years. I would go through 3-4 pairs a year with many hours on each pair. They would take a day or two of use to break them in they were so durable. About 3-4 years ago the pairs I would get started having issues with separating at the seams on the back of the fingers. That was annoying but could keep using the gloves. IN the last couple years they have changed to a different color of leather and (less gray and more tan) and the leather is very soft and wears out on the first wearing. I wore through the pair shown in the pictures only wearing these gloves for about 3-4 hours. Holes in finger tips and in the area between thumb and fingers. Carhartt - I will pay a couple of bucks more to have these made in the USA and of a better quality leather. Your China supplier/manufacturer is not up to Carhartt quality standards. I want the original John Wayne tough gloves I was getting 4-6 years ago.

I am in agreement that the durability of the gloves have gone down. I workbon a Tow Boat and my gloves usally last 4 to 6 months now after a week the finger tips get worn through. The seam between the thumb and index finger always gets a rip in the first week i use duck tape to hold in the tears so my hand dont get shredded when pulling cable wires. Please i love the glove the way they were 2 years ago or beef up the quality of the materials
