I decided to gamble and purchased the "factory 2nd's" option for my Carhartt J130 black jacket to save some money. I looked it over very carefully and cannot find a single thing wrong with it. Very high quality and fit...and VERY warm. This one is supposedly less wind resistant than the J140 which has a stiffer outer shell, but I have worn it with wind chills in the teens with 25+mph wind gusts and couldn't feel any wind through it. Highly recommend this Carhartt jacket.
