UPS Electronic Return Label: View/Print Label  
  1. Make sure your items are securely in the package and you have your Return form enclosed.

  2. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If there are, please cover it up or put this label over it.  

  3. Fold the printed label at the dotted line.   Place the label in a UPS Shipping Pouch. If you do not have a pouch, affix the folded label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label. Take care not to cover any seams or closures.

  4. Collection and Drop-off
    • Label MUST be dropped off at a contiguous US location, or you will be charged the full amount.
    • Take this package to any contiguous US location of The UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, UPS Customer Center, UPS Alliances (Office Depot or Staples) or Authorized Shipping Outlet near you. To find your closest UPS location visit www.ups.com/content/us/en/index.jsx and select Drop Off or view our Drop Off Locator
    • Daily Collection customers: Have your shipment(s) ready for the driver as usual.

  5. A fee of $7.95 will be charged to your original form of payment for use of this label, unless you select a Dungarees E-Gift Card as your refund option.  
    • No fee will be charged until UPS actually scans the label.
    • If shipped from outside the contiguous US, you will be charged the full cost of the shipment.
