18 in NWTF Venom Boot

The boot was exactly what I was looking for in a warm weather boot. EXCEPT! On the first day of wear in a field wet with the morning dew during spring turkey season. My feet were soaked after walking a couple hundred yards I. Those conditions. No puddles or creeks, only dew on the grass. The boots fit well and were mostly comfortable even on the first day of wear. I wore them the whole 3 week turkey season up and down wooded, rocky hillsides and long flat fields. I like the boot they felt great when dry. It just did not have ANY waterproof ability. I recommend these if you are not gonna be hunting in or around Any amount of moisture.

Not worth the price even on sale

These boots will not keep dew from the grass out. They didn't even last a full season and the support was breaking down. For a boot that was really hard to brake in I was severely disappointed in longevity. They were comfortable after break in is the only good thing I can say about them.

Mossy Oak NWTF Venom Boots

For a guy that is scared to deaths of snakes it makes me feel a whole lot better when walking around in these boots. I hunt in western South Dakota where rattlesnakes are prevalent and the thought of having protection makes me feel a little easier about walking around.
