This is my 4th pair of Danners. This style fits perfectly. I live in the Pacific Northwest and the water proofing works great. I am size 11 and I can wear thin socks or medium socks. Heavy socks may be too snug. They are super comfortable for walking and look great with jeans and Kuhl pants. Worth the price.

These are awesome!! They are so comfortable! They look great, and are perfect for trouncing through the snow! They have a solid tread, and I don't ever feel like I'm slipping around. I could not be happier with this purchase. I'm a huge Danner fan, and love this Gore-tex shoe!

I have been wearing these new hiking shoes for 2 weeks now to loosen up the width. Still not there yet after 15 miles. The length is fine. And I already have a non-waterproof pair of 2650's which were fine from the start. I am not sure if I should have ordered a size 10, instead of 9.5, or the wider version.
