I know it is factory 2nds, but normally I can’t tell anything’s wrong. Unfortunately this time there are about 20 slits in the hat like a cat scratched it. If it were a few I wouldn’t mind, but it’s all over the hat. Quite a bummer upon opening.

I would of enjoyed the hat if it had been bigger. I didn't find any wiggle room once placed on my head. If you have a small head it would work fine. I suggest moving up 2 sizes.
