In the beginning I didn't like the bag. I carry just enough electrician tools and fittngs so this bag was ideal for me. @ first the bag is stiff. It took a minute to get use to the straps and realized how useful it was from going from using it to a backpack to shoulder bag in seconds. (Certain conditions where you don't want your bag on the floor). In time the bag broke in and became more comfortable. Very rugged, durable and can handle the rain. Wish it was wider so I can retrieve contents easier. A very good investment.

Great quality and useful bag. My issue with it is that it is hard to put on as a backpack, since the straps are connected and pulling one strap shortens the other. You will find a way!

I wanted to love this bag but I agree with others about the design flaws. My gripe is with the straps.
As a backpack, I need to hold both straps and then put it on. Since the strap has different uses/ functions, this can be awkward. The straps will shift the backpack. As awkward as it is, I think this is probably the most comfortable and successful way to use this bag.
As a crossbody, it’s not good. Where the top of the straps end up, it ends up tilting away from your body. Also because it is attached to the bottom of the bag, it puts pressure on it and results in the bag wanting to fold in half.
For the top straps to be the same length, there’s extra straps. It’s just weird. It’s a convertible bag but the straps are not successful in the 3 ways it can be worn.
Otherwise I love this bag. I love the outside pockets. I can fit a 24 oz water bottle in the side pocket. The inside is roomy but not huge or too small. The material feels durable. The straps just need something.
