I love the "kangaroo" pocket that's more or less standard on hoodies, but don't really want the "hood". These lightweight sweatshirts fit the bill nicely.

Super soft and roomy. Love the pouch on a crew neck, very comfy but functional. I'm a woman and usually buy the mens shirts because they are better quality and style. Carhartt has really abandoned womens workers over the last decade.
